Upon receipt of your application and tuition deposit an enrollment confirmation letter and paid receipt will be sent to you via email.

You must have hands-on horse experience in order to participate in any of our programs.
Safety is our #1 concern. You don’t have to be the world’s best rider in order to participate in the program, but you must be totally comfortable working around horses. You must be able to body-read the horse and understand if he is happy with what your are doing or if he is telling you to Back-Off! If you don’t have horse experience, give us a call to discuss options on how you can achieve this skill.
When you enroll in a course, we require a non-refundable tuition deposit of $300. If you enroll in 2 or more courses, the charge is $300 per course.
We accept your personal check or credit card. In the event that you cancel your enrollment, the $300 deposit is non-refundable. However, the deposit may be applied to a future class if you re-enroll within one calendar year.
The balance of your tuition is due the morning of the first day of class.
Tuition Discounts
If you sign up with a friend, you each will receive a 5% tuition discount.
If you sign up and pay your tuition in full 30-days in advance, you will receive a $100 tuition discount. If you sign up and pay in full in advance for 2 or mores courses, the tuition for each course is reduced by $100.
In the event that you must cancel your enrollment, you will be charged a $50 cancellation penalty, plus the $300 non-refundable tuition deposit (total charge $350). The remainder of your payment will be refunded to you within 30 days of your cancellation notice.

If you have any special concerns about your travel arrangements, we are happy to assist you in any way that we can. Common questions we get are: How to attend a program without renting a car? Trim Your Fingernails! Pack your water bottle, rain coat and sunscreen.
The shorter your nails are, the better you will be able to feel and distinguish the differences in muscle tissue and acupoints. When we are working in the field, it is important to keep ourselves hydrated. You can refill your water bottle daily from our water cooler.
